Tongyang Life is a major financial enterprise that had great risk in case of network failure or unreliable network performance for fatal possibility of losing business over its competitors. They had to put great efforts in monitoring network status and deadly burden of recovering sudden network failures. And there was a clear need of guarantee for mission-critical traffics such as financial-related services under limited bandwidth resources. Moreover client runs 120 branches nation-wide and financial traffics center at regular times of each month for what reliable level of network performance is required for.
